Kla2thawrld collects a small amount of personal information so we can run our events, work with vendors, and fulfil merch orders. This page explains what we collect, why, and the control you have over it.

What we collect

  • Vendor applications: name, business name, phone number, email, Instagram handle, WhatsApp number, written application.
  • Contact form: name, email, message.
  • Merch orders: WhatsApp number and order details.
  • Site analytics (Google Analytics 4): pages visited, time on site, approximate location (city/country level), device type, browser, and referring source. This data is collected via cookies and sent to Google.

Why we collect it

  • Only used for the reason you gave it: reviewing vendor applications, replying to messages, processing merch orders. Analytics helps us understand how people find and use the site so we can improve it.

Who can see it

  • Only the Kla2thawrld team sees your application, contact, and order data. We never sell, rent, or trade personal information.
  • Analytics data is processed by Google LLC as a data processor on our behalf. We do not share personally identifiable information with Google.

Where it's stored

  • Site and vendor data is hosted on servers in the United States (Vercel, Supabase). Analytics data is processed by Google on servers in the United States and other countries. Those transfers are protected by recognised legal safeguards.

How long we keep it

  • Vendor data: for the event + 90 days after.
  • Contact messages: up to 12 months.
  • Merch orders: up to 12 months after fulfilment.
  • Analytics data: Google Analytics retains event data for 14 months by default. We do not keep copies of individual analytics records.

Your rights

  • You can ask us to show, correct, delete, or send you a copy of your data. You can also ask us to stop using it. Email kla2thawrld@gmail.com — we respond within 30 days.
  • To opt out of Google Analytics across all sites, install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

Cookies

  • We use Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_XXXXXXXXXX) to measure site usage. These cookies persist for up to 2 years and do not contain personally identifiable information.
  • No advertising or retargeting cookies are used.

  • If we change how we handle data, we update this page. Last updated July 2026.
